Hi, we’re the Geloks.

We (Ron and Diane) both grew up Hunterdon County, New Jersey and moved to Lebanon Borough in 2017 after getting married. We welcomed our daughter in 2022 and have loved discovering (and rediscovering) our area’s fairs and festivals as parents. A trailblazing friend in the donut business inspired us to bring the simple and delicious fun of mini-donuts to these awesome events in our community.

We are passionate about where we live and making it fun, accessible and affordable for others. Delicious Bites launched in 2024, and we are proud of the business we’ve built together and SO thankful for the support of our staff and local community.
